I began taking Coral Calcium after a good friend of mine had such wonderful comments on how it helped her with her arthritis pain and fused ankle. She told me about this after she had only been taking it seven days!! I was more interested on what effect the Calcium might have on my problems.

I am an equestrian and have been riding for over 25 years. I have had several falls and hit my right knee on a tree on a trail ride. I have been suffering with lower back stiffness and pain for over six years. I had a terrible back spasm and found out that I had a worn disk in my back. Although I was not on pain medication and kept the problem under control by exercising, there were still times when I had a really hard time bending over and picking things up. I never thought that I would be writing a testimonial for

With nothing to loose I ordered a bottle. After taking the Coral Calcium the pain went away within two days and hasn't returned. The numbness is also returning back to normal.
